Raymond has over 25yrs of coaching experience in the English Premier League and in the UK working with clubs including Liverpool FC, Leicester City FC, PSG FC and worked on the world's largest football project, the Elite Player Performance Plan, for the English Premier League where £1.6bn has been invested to date.
He holds the prestigious UEFA A Licence & FFA A Licence.
He has also obtained over 26+ Football and Sports Development qualifications across his career. Raymond has additionally worked in other sectors including College Soccer in the USA for 3+ years, and the University of QLD working on the FC11 program in Australia.

Love this trial. Everything was well organised. The scoring process was extremely fair. It is great to give the kids an opportunity, it was all about the kids skill and game not who you know. Hopefully they continue every year. I would recommend this trial to everyone even if the kids don’t make it, they give the kids feedback on what they need to improve on. The cost is also very reasonable
